    Beneficial Benefits

    Sometimes it takes a while to feel the benefits of a vitamin or mineral supplement, but I felt the benefits of these without three days. Whether it’s the placebo effect or not, I don’t know or care. They seem beneficial, so I’ll keep buying them. Work well, great price, that’s positive reinforcement to continue.

    As with most supplements . . .

    . . . I don’t notice any immediate effects after taking this vitamin. However, I usually take it in the evening and notice that I’ve been sleeping better—meaning I don’t wake up as much during the night—and my dreams are more pleasant. In any case, this is a vital supplement for those of us who don’t get enough in our daily diet.

    Pill not easy to swallow

    Not easily swallowed. It is broad and feels like a little piece of dry chalk that sticks in the throat. I do not recommend. Never had any problem with pills before.
