    I’m trying this product out. The pills are gel and they are a nice small size, but I will take them every other day due to 3,000mcg being too high of a dosage of vitamin A and can cause toxicity. It’s recommended to take 700-900 mcg to be on the safe side. It’s not a bad product, just be careful.
