Don’t let my jovial comportment and aesthetically pleasing dad bod fool you… I’m perishing… wasting away as it were, or so the advertisements would lead me to believe. How did I get here, what am I talking about, and what does this have to do with Oregano Oil? Read on, consumer – and may my experience guide your choices well.My wife buys essential oils (“stinky stuff”, to me.) for reasons from healthbto pest control. This one was to help us “get better” as we are a tad “crunchy” and would prefer natural remedies when they can be effective. This oil is STRONG smelling. I had her double ziplock it because on arrival, she cracked the lid to smell it and the entire kitchen smells GREEN.I recently came down with the flu/cold/sorethroat+congestion so she suggested I try some. She warned that the google said to dilute a couple drops into some other liquid, but the bottle says to just friggin go for it. I compromised, doing 10 drops into a shot of ACV+juice (my already nasty daily drink – I suppose it helps with something, if not at least helping me appreciate good tasting things.)Buddy… BUDDY this stuff is potent. I immediatly knew what pasta felt like. My stomach felt ok, but I have an iron gut. I did burp a bit, and yes, pure oregano taste.I can’t say if it helped my illness, but I darn sure can say every burp for the next 24 hours tasted like the Italian Countryside or the slop sink at Olive Garden. Yummy :/So why all the talk about croakin’ ? My smart devices decided that since I looked up how to use this, I was destined to cleanse the 2 billion parasites ravaging my body and spirit. So I needed a binder or I’d be gruesomely sick. Luckily, I had some charcoal pills around because I buy supplements I don’t need.In summary, I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this but taking it was an experience. For this reason, I do recommend it. Of course, consult an actual physician before pumping yourself full of random stuff… advice perhaps I should take as well.

Do NOT put directly in mouth or on skin!
While this IS the real deal, and works excellent, please be advised that the instructions aren’t the correct way to take it. This shouldn’t be dropped directly into the mouth, or put directly on the skin. You have to dilute it in water or juice if you take it internally or you’ll get burns in your mouth. It will burn if directly applied to the skin, also. Dilute it with a carrier oil first. This is why I remove a star from the review. The instructions can hurt someone if they don’t already know how to use it! But it is most definitely a great quality oil and works.

Yes and yes!!!! What I needed and what I was looking for.
Purchased this for me face. I take Oil or Oregano supplements but I wanted it in the actual liquid form. The potency of this stuff is nothing to play around with because it is 70-80% PURE Oregano so it is STRONG!! Please be sure to dilute, no matter where or what you are using it on. I added some Witch Hazel in a spray bottle to help dilute, a little of the oregano goes a really long way. It helped to get rid of my acne

Good quality
I generally buy a more potent oil p90 however, in a pinch this was a very good back up. We use a lot of oregano oil in our home. This is our stand by if we run out.

Excellent! Warning! Very strong. Be aware, this is the REAL thing and you need to be prepared and use only sparingly and in short dosage amounts. But I think the quality if very good.

Taste is Very potent but starts working Fast!Taste is Very potent but starts working Fast!
This starts working pretty fast! Not even 2 hours after I first took this, I sneezed like 20 times in a row, & I had a great bowel movement. I felt like it was riding my body from yeast, bacteria, fungus & possibly parasites. I told my Mom because she was the one who recommended & ordered this for me. She joked & said that “the supplement was overwhelmed & had to fight its way through my body” looking back, she may have been right!For years I suffered from a rash on my left hand & arm that just wouldn’t fully as go away even with prescription creams. I had candida yeast on my tongue in the morning, digestion issues, among many other things I didnt know this supplement helped with. Within a week, I had dropped 10 pounds, the rash on my arm went away, the Candida on my tongue was gone, & I just felt better overall physically and mentally!I want to add that even though the directions say for adults to use 1-4 drops directly into the mouth 2 to 3 times per day, don’t do what I did by starting with 4 drops because it is Very Potent! The first time I tried this I put 4 drops directly into my mouth ( I should have started with 1-2) & let’s just say that the taste is very potent & NOT very good! I had to immediately grab something sweet to get the taste out of my mouth! I now try NOT to drop it directly on my tastebuds, & I always have something sweet to wash it down with! For me, the benefits definitely outweighs the taste by far! Great Product!
