I recently tried the 365 by Whole Foods brand of Methyl Folate supplements for the first time, and I’m really impressed! The serving size is just one capsule a day, meaning the bottle lasts for 100 days, which is a fantastic value for the price. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate since some supplements can be tough to take. Plus, they’re vegan, which is a nice bonus for those with dietary preferences.The best part? This 365 by Whole Foods bottle has 100 pills for the same price as the 60-pill bottle of the name brand. For me, it’s a no-brainer—I’m switching to this as my go-to methyl folate supplement moving forward. Fantastic folate formulation, I’m very sensitive to folate and some other brands have caused me to adverse reactions or flares. This has been a great value and very effective in treating my folate deficiency.

Good value no flushing however for some reason I thought these were going to be sublingual they are tiny little capsules easy to swallow.
