I enjoy taking gummy vitamins, and these taste quite good, which makes it easy to remember to take them every day. You get 120 gummies, or a 60-day supply at the recommended two gummies per day, and at the current price of about $15, I think they are a good value. The nutritional profile is also quite respectable for an inexpensive gummy multivitamin. A serving provides 100% or more of the Daily Value for several vitamins, including D, E, B6, folate, B12 and biotin, as well as 80% of vitamin A. There are also smaller amounts of vitamin C, zinc, iodine and several other nutrients. It isn’t the most comprehensive multivitamin formula I’ve seen, and each serving does contain 4 grams of added sugar, but overall I think it provides a reasonable assortment of vitamins and minerals for the price. I also like that these are from the 365 by Whole Foods Market line. Between the pleasant taste, two-month supply and reasonable nutritional content, I think these offer very good value for anyone who prefers getting their daily vitamins in gummy form. 365 brand is a brand we trust and generally, a fraction of the cost
We trust this brand and the pricing is generally very good, very fair, compared to name brand vitamins of this type. My husband is taking them (basically because they are fun and tasty to take! More on the percentages of vitamins in a minute) and I take them whenever I want a sweet treat (pretty bad, isn’t it?). There are 120 gummies, you take 2 a day so there’s enough for two months. The price point at the time of this review was almost $15 ~ very reasonable.These taste really good and despite the fact that I take them when I want something sweet, there is only 4 grams of sugar for the two gummies. They don’t upset the stomach, so easily digested.The nutritional value is fine. However, we feel that the RDA is understated, as a whole, and certain vitamins need to be increased. Definitely need to supplement with additional C, zinc, iodine, etc.Taking these are better than nothing to get some added vitamin and mineral support and at a reasonable price, from a trusted company.

There aren’t many differences between vitamins for men and women. I’m a woman, and ordered this because I don’t get enough vitamins through proper nutrition.Men and women require the same essential vitamins and minerals, but men generally require higher daily amounts of specific nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, and minerals like zinc. This is largely due to their larger average body size and higher muscle mass. When it comes to B Vitamins (Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin), men need slightly higher amounts of these to support higher cellular energy metabolism and larger muscle mass. I thought it might be relevant to compare these to the exact same product for women. Both are formulated without iron.This has more vitamin A as the women’s version, and the women’s version has niacin, and this doesn’t. This does have more zinc and double the B6, but the same amount of vitamin C. This has no calcium, but the women’s version has 6% of the DV. The women’s has more E and nearly quadruple the amount of biotin. I guess the figure men are fine with bad skin and hair. This has molybdenum and women’s doesn’t, but a deficiency is rare. Lastly, the women’s version has inositol and this has none. Inositol helps cells talk to each other and controls insulin. Women do not need more than men, but they often use it as a supplement to help with specific health issues.I don’t like that you have to take 2 of these per day. I think everything you need should be in one dose so you don’t have to remember. These are too sweet and overly tart for me which can trigger acid indigestion. Overall, I think the value is fair and I like that they aren’t all stuck together.

I was surprised at how soft they are. Great flavor, and smells fruity when you open the jar. Hard to believe they are vitamins. Also, the two colors are purple and red.Serving size is 2 gummies and they are the size of a dime, so not big.Chew completely before swallowing.First ingredient is sugar, then glucose syrup. It’s sweet and tasty, but I’m low sugar so they seemed probably sweeter to me than most people. I’m trying to get my daughter to try them, she could use a vitamin boost.365 is a good brand of course, as it is affiliated with Amazon’s Whole Foods Store.
