Happy to skip the trip to the store; my nails look and feel healthy
I wasn’t blessed with nice nails, but instead have had fragile nails that break or peel off layers without much effort. A couple of years ago, my physician suggested a hair, skin and nails supplement to help and since then, I haven’t had nearly as many issues. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don’t notice any stomach upset or bloating with them. Good ingredients and happy to have the veggie capsule. Dosage is 1-3 a day, and I’m usually more conservative, so we’ll see how it goes. It’s a pretty standard capsule, the ingredients are well contained and easy to swallow. It has no taste.Looking to see how it affects nail health after battling a fungal infection.Also looking to see how it affects hair and scalp health after battling persistent dandruff and flakiness.

Alternative Brand to Maintain Healthy Hair Skin Nails
The capsules have no weird taste. They tasted like any other capsules. Everyday I am taking from 1 to 3 capsules. Sometimes, I took at 3 capsules at different times of the day. Other times, I take all three capsules at night.I have noticed my nails grow faster as I am taking these capsules. At the same time, I see my hairs dropping less on the bathroom floor. I understand that I can’t reverse the aging process. With these pills, I can at least slow it down and provide more vitamins for my body.
