    Helps with regulation

    So it smells and tastes like vomit, I’ll be completely honest about that, HOWEVER, it’s not meant to be smelled and tasted, just pop them in and swallow!!! Has helped me tremendously in regulating my BMs (tmi, I know) but it has! I take two after a meal at night and by the morning I have a satisfactory BM. ALSO! I do drink about 2-3 water bottles of water at night and I make sure to consume the pills with MINIMUM 8oz. Of water. I have repurchased this particular bottle and brand three times since discovering it and you can’t beat the price point for what it does! If you’re looking to help your digestion, this is it!

    I’ll have to say this supplement has been great for my digestion. Helps with bloating after a meal and helps digestive system to run smoothly. I’mImpressed actually. But he diligent in taking as instructed ! Consistency is key.

    I love this product!!! Before I found this I was taking up to 3 anti gas pills a day and I was always bloated sometimes had to go up a pants size. I definitely recommend this for your gut.

    This pill seems to be make an acid like feeling in a bite go down. It’s really hard to explain butI took this pill and ate my meal with it and felt no indigestion after I ate.
