It’s just a flavor enhancer?
Very pleasant taste. I’ve been taking this for almost 3 weeks. Really can’t tell what results to expect. I know what it says it supposed to do but I don’t feel any different. Would be great to be able to notice positive results if they’re happening but you have to know what to expect in the first place. The drops make a nice flavor enhancer for water if nothing else but without a performance metric I won’t be buying again.

The flavor is a very mild berry mix.The ingredients are the real star, There’s a great, healthy botanical mix. It’s vegan, non-GMO, sugar and alcohol free. This should satisfy most dietary concerns. As a vegan, I’m concerned about my B12 and Folate intake, and this more than meets my needs. B6, D3, and Zing are also in great supply.As a liquid, this is easy to take. I often struggle with pills, so this is a great alternative. I tried both direct by mouth and in water. By mouth, I could easily taste the very pleasant and very mild berry flavor. In a very small shot glass of water, it was nearly tasteless. The taste is truly mild. This is important if you’re put off by syrupy-flavored supplementsThe issue I have is using a dropper. The dropper is marked to 1ml. The recommended dosage is 2ml, yet there’s no marker for that. It would be a nearly full dropper, so perhaps one can estimate that. The problem I had is that even with a nearly full bottle, it wasn’t easy to fill the dropper to the 1ml mark. As the bottle empties during normal use, that’s going to get even more difficult. The workaround would be to use a small measuring spoon. Not a horrible thing, but it would have been nice to include one, though. For me, taking supplements should be without challenge, so I’m going to have to develop a routine to measure and take this. That’s going to be a bit of a bother.The ingredients are great, Far beyond that of typical processed supplements and I give high accolades for that. I only wish they made some minor changes to ensure that it was easy to get a measured 2ml.
