    Well packaged. I tried the product for 1 week. I had muscle pain all over my body in strange places. Within 24 hours of stopping, my pain went away. Since this item cannot be returned, I would not recommend purchasing this item.

    Working to get my blood sugar a little more stable and as a type 2 diabetic that’s important. I tried this for a good 3 months and I see absolutely no correlation between my blood sugar stabilizing and taking this product
