Oh no no no
When I switched to this, I have experienced joint pains on my shoulder and it was really bad. This was the only supplement that I changed. I had to throw it since it is non returnable. Waste of money.

Not taking this anymore.
I do tend to take several supplements and was interested in taking this. However, when I took this for the first day or two, I found that I didn’t feel well. My vitamins and supplements are strictly to help have more energy at my age, and less pain. I’m very particular about what I take. But with this I just felt tired and out of it. Once I stopped taking it the energy returned.

I’ve used several other 21st Century supplements in the past, and this Glutathione 500 mg with Milk Thistle Extract & Alpha Lipoic Acid is right in line with their usual high quality. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that the formula is non-GMO and gluten-free.I’ve also tried similar products from other brands, and honestly, this one seems to work just as well. I’ve been taking glutathione supplements on and off for years, mostly in loose powder form that I mix into drinks. A Great Supplement and Price
I have taken glutathione supplements for almost five years now.I received this order of 120 capsules four days ago and have taken one each day, as directed on the bottle.I notice no difference at all than had I taken my other brand of supplement.I am very happy with this product from the “21st Century” company and am also happy with the price and the fact that it is made in Arizona.The best thing about it is what it does NOT have in the supplement – no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no artificial sweeteners or preservatives, and lastly no wheat or yeast.The way my body operates is such that all of the above listed ingredients can set me off health-wise and give me stressful side effects and I have to be so very careful to read all of the ingredients before purchasing a supplement. These artificial ingredients really do a number on my body and in my health, so I try and be ultra-vigilant about my choice of supplements. It’s good to see a company that doesn’t add all of these extra ingredients.I think the price is in line with the quality supplement you will be putting into your body. So glad I tried this brand of Glutathione.

Great ingredients and made in the USA.
I really like this company and have used long term many of their supplements. I saw this and thought I’d give it a try because I’ve never been disappointed with anything from them before.I’m new to taking glutathione, however I’ve been taking milk thistle and ALA for awhile.It’s a pretty low dose of ALA, 50mg. Normally if you would take ALA on its own you’d want about 600mg. This is obviously not the main ingredient though and I guess it’s just a good ingredient, along with the milk thistle, to stack. The bottle describes them as “complimentary ingredients “.I’ve only been using these for a short time, so it’s hard to say if I’m actually going to see results. Glutathione will probably take awhile to notice any difference. The bottle says it supports cellular detoxification, immune function and should help neutralize free radicals.It can also support the function of white blood cells, so hopefully I won’t get sick this year.I’m going to continue to take it, the ingredients seem great and the company is one I trust. It’s also made in the USA and they are almost always very reasonably priced.
