This is exactly the kind of supplement where the name makes me more skeptical, not less.“21-in-1” sounds impressive until you think about what it usually means: lots of ingredients, probably small amounts of many of them, and very little ability to compare this to anything else. Turmeric, elderberry, and dandelion are all recognizable ingredients, but that does not mean this product can meaningfully “drain” anything.👍 Liquid drops are convenient.👍 Some of the named ingredients are at least familiar supplement ingredients.👎 “Lymphatic drainage” is a phrase I would read very cautiously.👎 21 ingredients makes value and dosage nearly impossible to evaluate.👎 I would much rather see standardized ingredients and exact amounts than a giant botanical parade.The real question is not whether someone felt “less bloated” after taking this. Maybe they did, maybe they drank more water, ate differently, expected to feel better, or had a normal day-to-day fluctuation.
