Okay until I find any information otherwise, from what I have found so far, this does not contain the common unnecessary fillers. It does contain fillers though such as flavor and seaweed filler for the gummy effect. It also contains zinc and magnesium which aren’t necessarily bad. The taste is great. They are a little harder than some gummies but if you struggle to get calcium and need a supplement that is easy to incorporate into your life, this is a great option.Some powders make me sick and some of the other pill forms have fillers and aren’t easy for me to digest. So far, I’m pleasantly impressed with this one.I will find out how well it works at my next appointment when they test my vitamin levels again. At the last appointment I was deficient in most all of my vitamins.

I didn’t know if I could like the taste and texture when I first got these. They are kinda dry and not very soft even firm feeling. WELL this is my 3 rd order because you get used to the texture and taste after a jar then you realize they are really a great vitamin with all it has and the best of all they are alpha gal allergy friendly which I have become a newly on it but there isn’t a lot that is and especially in gummy, capsule and even pill form since they use magnesium stearate which comes from mammals in a lot of meds. If your vegan have allergies or just plain healthy these are great vitamins!!!

Much better than multiple pills
I really like that these vitamins have the calcium citrate in them. Now I only have to take 2 gummies every morning. I was taking 2 huge horse pills every morning and every afternoon, along with my other vitamins. They taste great too! I had given up on finding anything that was even tolerable when it came to taste with needing a chewable vitamin.
