Because of achiness/arthritis I’ve tried a few different curcumin products over the past few years, and I can honestly say that I’ve felt the best since I started using Longvida by Nutrivene. I switched to this product after doing some research on the internet and feel that for me it is worth the increased cost of this product compared to other brands of curcumin.

Works for inflammation
This works better than Mobic for inflammation. It takes several weeks to make the biggest difference. I can tell a difference if I miss a few days!!!! I use this formulation (Longvida) because it is supposed to also break the blood brain barrier to prevent dementia according to UCLA research. The only issue I’ve had with curcumin is that I already struggle with anemia and it is a metal chelator which keeps iron from absorbing. I became anemic again after my first month’s use and had to go back on an iron supplement. I wish it were less expensive…but am willing to pay because it works!

The development of Longvida Curcumin is important for scientific reasons. It is being explored in research studies which are timely for Alzheimers Disease and dementia prevention. I recommend searching for “Longvida Curcumin” online to find and read the information which is available. I am not a scientist, nor do I have an interest in the company. The product does not promise treatment or cure.With a family history of dementia, I have been taking this product for several months and will continue to do so.I do not take this product to alleviate pain.

UCLA study concerned with Alzheimer’s disease, but seems to improved the effects of dementia. Time will tell, as some other changes where happening at the same time and conclusions could be spurious.

I’ve been having an issue with shoulder inflammation. It definitely improves shoulder mobility. I recommend!
