I appreciate the variety of ingredients in these gummies. I have been taking them for three weeks, so I’m almost done with the bottle, and have noticed no adverse effects but no benefits either. They taste good so they are easy to take and introduce to an established routine with other supplements.As far as whether the individual ingredients are potent enough to make a difference, the information out there doesn’t support some of their claims. I looked up all of them and while some don’t have a recommended daily intake amount, others do.My biggest issue with this product is that the supplement facts show much lower amounts of the beneficial compound than an image in their description showing how much of each product there is per serving. So I would caution the buyer to go by the actual supplement facts to figure out if the concentration is potent enough for their needs. For instance, one image shows “1500 mg pumpkin seed” (whose extract is beneficial for prostate issues and boosting heart health, among many others) while the supplement facts here and on my bottle show an amount per serving of only 50mg pumpkin seed extract from 500 (not 1500 mg) pumpkin seed. Recommended amounts vary online but most show around 500-1000mg extract/day for the ingredient to effect a benefit. This product offers only 5-10% that recommended amount. Other ingredients’ concentration is equally low, while others are more adequate.I point this out because I have noticed this issue across supplements. I like to be informed before I buy something, but it would be nice to not have to immediately distrust a product because of how misleading or simply incorrect their own information is.Despite I like the combination of ingredients in this product and how good it tastes, I might not get it again.

I always find supplements and consumable health products difficult to review because I am not a chemist or medical professional, and many of the claimed benefits are either subtle or take time to notice. Because of that, I tend to focus more on the overall product quality, presentation, taste, and whether the ingredients and claims align with my own independent research.These gummies were actually very enjoyable to take. The flavor is pleasant and well balanced without being overwhelmingly artificial or overly sweetened like some gummy supplements can be. The texture was also good, and the gummies arrived fresh and properly packaged. I especially appreciated that they did not stick together inside the bottle.From an ingredient and marketing standpoint, the product appears to match the expectations I had after looking into the supplement myself. While taking them, I did not notice any dramatic positive or negative changes to my health, but I also did not experience any issues while using them consistently.Overall, these seem like a well-made supplement with good flavor, solid packaging, and a thoughtful presentation.
