I’m 73 and have had a slight irregular heartbeat all my life. I loved that this product had ample amounts of well known herbs but for me, it was too much. My heart was racing with some papiltations. I stopped taking the pills for 2 days and the racing and palpitations stopped. Just to be sure, I took them again on the 3rd day and on the 4th day the racing/palpitations came back.While I love the Herbal side of these pills, the combination of so many in one pill was not for me.

I just reordered my 2nd bottle of 60. I would say it’s a good all around vitamin supplement, but at best, it has not made any noticeable improvement in memory sharpness or recall. However, I will be an 87 tear old male in a couple days, so I nay be past help. I would be happy for any other suggestions, if you have found anything else that helps.

I like it natural energy and focus. And I need less coffee daily!!.. tho I think it has no caffeine. Which is great It’s natural feeling not jittery I can’t stand feeling that way . I just ordered four more containers of this. I actually do feel a difference in my memory. I went to the grocery store to buy more and they didn’t have it so I bought some that compares to NEURIVA. When I got home and read the label, I couldn’t believe what was missing. If you google what is needed for brain health you will find that the 18 in 1; is much better. Four containers were cheaper than the top sellers.
