Does this supplement really help in cleansing your colon?
This supplement in particular is similar to the one I am currently using. I gave this one a try, given that the Senna ingredient content is the same (sitting at 285mg). The main difference is that this one self-prescribes at 15 days (versus the 7-day brand that I am currently using). I’m expecting this to be a gentler, less saturated version of the colon cleanser than the one I am using, however personally speaking given that the Senna ingredient is present, I quite expect it to have the same result as the one I am using. I just have to be careful in using such. If anyone feels pain in the stomach just a bit, that’s the Senna ingredient working out for you to induce proper bowel movement. However if the stomach pain gets continuous and is a bit too much, I highly suggest to pause or stop and talk to your doctor first (better yet, talk to your doctor first before taking any). Supplements in this particular category may be dangerous precautions are taken lightly.

Drink water!
This stuff really does work, but you have to stay on it. Make sure to drink lots and lots of water and after a few days, you will find that your appetite is slowly declining, and you will find a little bit more energy.
