Great formula, excellent price
It’s almost impossible to read with the white font and tiny print, but I was impressed with the formula in NESSARIT White Kidney Bean supplement when I was able to decipher it. These capsules include multiple elements that are reported to boost metabolism and aid in digestion. Some I’ve tried before, others are new to me. I was especially interested in the berberine for its potential to aid in improving blood sugar and cholesterol. ACV is also good for blood sugar, plus it adds some probiotics to the mix. Having it in capsule form eliminates the danger to tooth enamel that drinking it would pose. I’ve used chromium picolinate before, not only for blood sugar, but also for an appetite suppressant. It worked quite well for me. I used a carb blocker many years ago, I don’t know if it was white kidney bean or not, but I like that a natural carb blocker is part of this formula. Magnesium is included too, and well…. magnesium is good for almost everything it seems. Other elements include ginger root extract, bitter melon, fenugreek, green tea and more. All are rumored to have possible health benefits. It’s a remarkable list.The bottle arrived triple sealed. I appreciate the attention to safety. Another thing also made me happy- a dose is only one capsule daily. Too many supplements require multiple pills or capsules per dose making for a handful of things to swallow if you take more than one kind of supplement. I didn’t find that these supplements had a strange taste or odor, and they were easy to swallow. I didn’t notice any adverse effects either. I know some of the ingredients can possibly cause bloating, I didn’t notice any discernible difference as a result of taking these.The quality and price of these supplements is impressive. They are non-GMO and third party tested, which makes me feel better about taking them. They’re also made in the USA with an address printed on the label. Since only one capsule is consumed daily and a bottle contains 150 capsules, that means this supplement will last for five months and is being offered for only $17! I found that to be exceptionally reasonable. Top tier supplement!
This supplement checks all the boxes that I look for when trying to find that 5 star winner! It’s made in the USA, in an cGMP facility and they don’t just say they are lab tested, they post the lab results right here for anybody to see. That is super rare to see and it’s the sign of a company that does things the right way and wants you to know they stand for quality!I love the ingredients combination in here. Everything has a purpose, nothing thrown in just because. Not only that but they manage to fit it all into a 1 capsule serving size! Take 1, take 2, all at once, split up- your choice.The ingredients are properly dosed. 400mg of White Kidney Bean is generous. My usual weight loss supplement is only half that. This is also priced way better than my past go-to supplement. This is 150 servings at 1/day but still 75 days worth at 2/day. At 3x/day it’s still almost 2 months worth! Crazy good deal.

I feel like it’s helping me.
I have been taking this for a while now, and can see a difference in my blood glucose numbers. I’m also not having cravings or wanting to snack between meals. I was supposed to have an A¹C test done in September but our car broke down and I had no way to get to the doctor’s office. I had to reschedule the appointment and all they had open was in November. Might be the best value for berberine
This is a ridiculous value. I feel like it works as well as other berberine supplements I have tried. I did like some drops a bit better because of the application, but these are so cheap that it is hard to pass.And it is convenient to only have to buy a bottle two or three times a year.The pills are not large, and it is nice when something comes as 1 capsule = 1 dosage. I hate getting a bottle with 90 pills, only to find out that you have to take two a day so I have a 45 day supply. Ugh.

Low dose supplement
Nessarit white kidney bean supplement is a low dose product presented in a clear vegetable capsule. Instructions state to take with food. Some ingredients may upset the stomach if not taken with food. The mixture of ingredients are a taupe powder. Dosage instructions are one capsule per day but this is such a low dose I am surprised not more recommended. For instance, the white kidney bean content is 400 mg while the internet indicates for effective weight loss the typical dose is 1,000-1,500 mg. The preferred form of magnesium is contained as magnesium glycinate, a more expensive and effective delivery but each supplement contains only 30 mg amounting to just 7% of the daily recommended allowance. Overall, I like that it is affordable while providing some of the best ingredients even though just low quantities. Contains 150 capsules in each bottle which is acceptable to me as 30 would be too few to even realize the benefits. A good combination of ingredients with great potential. Does not interfere with my current prescription medications which is important to me. I would buy again and probably will after 150 days.
