These calcium citrate chews are much easier to take than big calcium pills
I got these calcium citrate chews when I was running out of the calcium carbonate horse pills I was taking. I recently reordered them. Two chews per day equal the same dosage as the gelcap I could barely swallow and supposedly calcium citrate is better than calcium carbonate. I’ll find out the next time I have my calcium level checked.

These are amazing. Had blood work done & my calcium is exactly where it should be. Just keep in mind these also contain d3, k2, b6 & b12. So just watch if you’re taking other supplements because you could be taking in a lot more vitamins than you need.
