Good product however, not straight magnesium glycinate!
Please read the label carefully and compare with other supplements and vitamins you’re taking. I have been taking for a month but then realized that this IS NOT straight magnesium glycinate! This product ALSO contains Vitamin D, calcium, potassium, and CoQ10. Thankfully, I only take one gummy at night for urinary issues so the added nutrients don’t interfere with my daily vitamin or calcium citrate (You can OD on vitamins and supplements by megadosing) but if you take the recommended two gummues, 600MG, you could very well be taking more than the RDA, especially if you’re getting it from your vitamins. Honestly, the manufacturer needs to be forced by Amazon to be more transparent about the added ingredients, if anyone is taking medication certain supplements can interact or cancel the benefits if taken incorrectly or taken at all. But you wouldn’t know what’s in these unless you read the back label clearly before ordering. It’s kind of fraud they put Magnesium Glycinate in big letters on the top without saying and other nutrients or SOMETHING?!!As I said, the extra added contents aren’t hurting me right now because I don’t take the full 600MG, so no harm. 300MG-450MG is usually what’s recommended for urinary urgency. I only take at night which help lessen my overnight bathroom trips, I wish I could take during the day too but I would literally have to quit everything else, plus it’s really better to take this with your largest meal of the day with water.Extra added benefit, even at 300MG, you will find yourself getting more restful sleep. I deal with a lot of pain and discomfort and I find myself going to sleep consistently, staying asleep more consistently, and falling back to sleep easily when I do have to make a restroom trip. I wake up not groggy or grumpy.Hopefully this review provides a balanced perspective. Not saying this product is bad per se, but there are cautions people should be aware of.
