Easy addition to my morning routine
When it comes to nutrition/supplements I know there are many things I could or should be using or adding to my daily routine. The reality is I’m lazy and short on time most days so unless it’s quick and easy I’m not altering my schedule. This was a quick, easy add to my morning routine. I put it in my coffee, it mixes in quickly and completely, and there was no noticeable taste or aftertaste. There is sweetener in it but I didn’t notice any difference in taste that made me alter how I normally prepare my coffee.After continued daily use I have started to notice my nails seem stronger. No noticeable change in my joints, but my hair seems to be doing better too. I have been losing more than normal due to age, new medications, probably both. My hair seems stronger and there has been less shedding.
