    The 10X Blood Flow Support contains sixty 7/8″ long, slender gelatin capsules, with a recommendation of 1-2 per day. Their size makes them easy to swallow. I received these in 07/2026 with an expiry of 02/2028. The label is complete, although it’s in fine print and difficult to read. They have not supplied any GMP certification or third-party testing documentation. They are non-GMO, vegan capsules, made in the USA with domestic and imported ingredients. They are made without gluten, dairy, or soy. Each capsule is consistently fully filled.They are a good choice for active adults, athletes, seniors, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone with an active lifestyle.Not necessarily a choice for people seeking an immediate, dramatic energy boost, or for those on a tight budget.I haven’t evaluated the product through personal use, as I need to discuss these with my PCP due to the high levels of thiamine and vitamin B12, as well as the inclusion of beetroot extract.

    Well, apparently my body got the Memo!

    LOVE this supplement! And I’ll be honest right up front: there are less expensive nitric oxide supplements out there. But sometimes the bargain bottle is just an expensive way to discover that absolutely nothing happened. 😂 This one actually did something for me.I noticed a boost in my energy from day one, which honestly surprised me. At 66, I don’t expect to wake up feeling like I just drank three energy drinks and discovered I have superpowers. My expectations are more along the lines of “Please let me get through the day without needing a nap.” So when I noticed I had more energy and get-up-and-go, I paid attention!I really like the ingredient profile, too. It contains beetroot and the Noxa24 nitric oxide blend, along with vitamin C, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3. It’s vegan, non-GMO and made without common allergens, which is another big plus for me.The whole purpose is supporting nitric oxide production and healthy blood flow/circulation, and for me, the noticeable difference has been that overall energized feeling. I feel like my body is actually cooperating with me instead of filing a formal complaint every morning.The capsules are easy to take, too. No powder to mix, no weird drink to choke down, and no standing in the kitchen wondering if I’ve accidentally created a science experiment.I’ve tried plenty of supplements over the years that promised the moon and delivered approximately a teaspoon of moon dust. This one impressed me. Is it the cheapest? No. Do I care about the cost if it works? Also no. ( And I am ALWAYS looking for a deal, not in this instance though)If you’re looking for a nitric oxide supplement and you’re willing to spend a little more for a formula that, at least for me, actually made a noticeable difference, this one gets a very enthusiastic 5 stars from me.Apparently my body got the memo that we’re supposed to have energy now.     10X Health Blood Flow Support™ – Blood Flow Supplement for Circulation & Vascular Health, 24-Hour Nitric Oxide Support with Beetroot Extract & Noxa24™ – 60 Vegan CapsulesI am a big fan of the 10x Company and take their multi-vitamin daily. They do a great job of blending quality ingredients for optimum effect. This blend requires 2 capsules daily, and there is a 30-day supply. The capsules are standard size, so easy to swallow. The manufacturer included a lot number and an expiration date on the bottom. Currently 7/26, and this expires 2/28. So, plenty of time to use the bottle. Made in the USA (it matters). Safety sealed on the cap and also an inner seal. I would have liked to see a third-party verification of the ingredients and/or that it is produced in a certified GMP facility, but the fact that it is made by the 10x company assuaged me a bit on those issues. This product does have an extremely high Thiamin and B12 DV percentage (6666% and 4167% respectively), so it is best to calculate your stack total to make sure what you are actually taking at the end of the day. The great thing is that the company uses B12 from methylcobalamin as opposed to cyanocobalamin, which is much better for you and not a low-level daily dose of cyanide. It is a somewhat expensive supplement, but there are a lot of known “heart-healthy” ingredients included. I will make no claims on the effectiveness of this (or any supplement) because there are so many factors that go into whether a supplement will work for you, including but not limited to: your age, your weight, your sex, your current hormonal conditions, any existing conditions (known and unknown), your diet, your exercise level, and your general starting point health. I tend to be a very healthy person and take supplements on an experimental basis all the time. It is best to note your starting point with biomarkers or, at a minimum, your BP and blood oxygen levels, and general health condition. Start slowly and note the changes. The key to any long-term success of this and any supplement will be consistency and self-awareness (and data if you can get it).

    Check with doctor before taking

    I selected this supplement for my husband, but before he started taking it, we checked with his doctor. Based on his individual situation, his doctor advised him not to take it, so he did not use the product.Because of that, I can’t comment on how well it works or whether it provides any of the benefits described. The bottle arrived properly packaged and labeled, and the supplement information and ingredients are clearly listed.I think supplements like this are a good reminder that it’s important to check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting something new, particularly if you take medications or are under a doctor’s care.
