I ordered this supplement because I was looking for something to support long-term brain health. At around $22, it’s reasonably priced compared to many other cognitive support supplements, and the capsules are easy to swallow.After taking a closer look at the ingredient label, I noticed it includes several well-known ingredients that are commonly associated with brain health, including ginkgo biloba, phosphatidylserine, GABA, and 5-HTP, along with vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B1, vitamin B3, and zinc.My concern is that many of these ingredients appear to be included in amounts that are well below the doses commonly evaluated in clinical research. The use of a proprietary blend also makes it difficult to determine exactly how much of each ingredient you’re actually getting, which makes it harder to evaluate the overall formula.That doesn’t necessarily mean the product won’t be beneficial, but I would have preferred greater transparency and ingredient amounts that more closely align with those used in published studies.Overall, I think the price is fair, and the ingredient list is interesting, but I’m left uncertain whether the formulation is potent enough to deliver meaningful cognitive benefits over the long term. Has Been Very Helpful for Brain Fog and Concentration
I like the 10X supplements and take their 10X Methylated Multivitamin as I have an MTHFR variant. I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and grief the last several years and as such have been having a lot of brain fog and difficulty concentrating. I was curious to try this and see if it would be at all helpful.Much to my surprise in just the short time I’ve been taking this, I’ve started seeing a difference. I don’t feel so weighed down with brain fog (ie I didn’t have a complete brain freeze going to my brother’s house where I have to put in a gate code and actually remembered it easily), my concentration has been better in that I have been able to follow crochet patterns much easier, and because it’s been easier to think I’ve actually been able to get more stuff accomplished. For me, this supplement has been very effective and I’m incredibly grateful for it.Overall, I’m very impressed with this supplement and am also grateful that it’s at a reasonable price point ($22) so it’s not going to break the bank to continue taking it.

I have taken a similar ingredient combination before from another brand that worked really well for me, but I just started this one so it will take time to tell for sure. 10X Health Brain Supplements for Memory and Focus Neuro Medulla formula is a blend of supplements that may support memory, focus, and mood. It contains ginkgo biloba, vitamin B, GABA, and 5-HTP at very low amounts. The amount of each supplement included is tiny compared to a typical effective serving size. Together, there may be some synergy, but personally I did not notice any change – good or bad – in my afternoon brain fog or general feeling of wellbeing.The B vitamins do support energy, just like an energy drink, but other than that I did not find these effective for myself. The value for the price is pretty good compared to other memory and focus supplements. If these are effective for you, they are absolutely worth the price.

This company takes care in its ingredients and manufacturing. This supplement is a 1-capsule-a-day blend, with a two-month supply in the bottle. They are standard-sized gel capsules that come in a safety-sealed bottle with an additional safety seal after you open the top. Easy to swallow. The bottle does have a manufacturing date on the bottom (9/25 currently 7/26) and a lot number. There is no expiration date on this bottle, so no idea if the ingredients are still useful after a 10-month stint in the bottle. The ingredients are common ingredients that are used to enhance brain function, and it is nice to have all the ingredients in one capsule. Made in the USA (yes, it makes a difference). I would have liked to see that it was made in a cGMP facility or third-party tested, but the company is a solid one. I make no claims as to the effectiveness because all people react differently to supplements due to differences in age, sex, current health issues, hormonal issues, eating habits, exercise routines, and so many factors that affect our bodies’ reactions. I suggest keeping a good record of your starting point and being consistent in your habits and in taking the supplement to see if it works for you.
