I personally think these are the best vitamins I have ever used or come across. I have the MTHF Gene deficiency, as well as 2 others and these gave me my energy back. I was having twitches and spasms that I thought was early signs on Parkinson and turned out to be folic acid. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to do vitamins. This has so many vitamins its like taking a whole set in one pill.

New brand, same compilation of probiotics as are in another brand I use
This “10X Health” brand is new to me. When I looked at the detailed list of specific probiotic strains in this product, it turned out to be a list that was identical to one of my “go-to”brand’s ingredients, so this seemed worth trying.This product is non-GMO and gluten free. It is just a probiotic mix-no other “extras”, which I actually prefer. I can always take probiotics, but when there are “extra” ingredients, those sometimes must be stopped pre-surgery and/or may not always be okay to take with certain medicines. Because of that, I much prefer products that have fewer ingredients and target one issue/need.The bottle provides a 60 day dose. There is no info on 3rd party testing nor transport method (i.e. anything special to get it through the stomach and into the intestines before the capsule dissolves). Some products boast 3rd party testing and others don’t, so I’m not hung up on that. I’ll give it a try and report back with an update if I find that my symptoms from pre-probiotic taking days return (which would tell me this isn’t working or getting to where it needs to get to in order to work). If in 2 months, you don’t see an update, then you can assume it was reasonably comparable to a better known brand with the same probiotic strains. I gave it 4☆ for now… but if it ends up working fabulously, I’ll also return to add that 5th ☆.
