Easy to use cooking alternative
Got this to try as an alternative for certain cooking ingredients and so far it has not disappointed. The size of the tube is big enough to last quite a while, unless you’re using it for larger tasks, like baking, then it will run out pretty quick. Overall, helps keep the cooking in the kitchen instead of wanting to eat out all the time.

Great substitute for leavening for baked goods. I would suggest searching on the internet, reputable sites for recipes using this product.Only, if you have a medical condition regarding your potassium levels, I would highly recommend you consult a competent physician and/or nutritionist before using such product.Since it is of food grade potassium bicarbonate and is completely pure, free from additives, then you won’t have to use as much as the ones that do have fillers. I also think the value for the money is about on par, that you don’t use a whole lot of it, because of its purity form.Maybe try it in your next tea cakes(cookies/biscuits(UK) recipe a see the pleasure in flavour and texture, Potassium bicarbonate provides leavening with a more neutral taste than baking soda, resulting in a more delicate crumb. In other words, you don’t get that hint of metallic-like baking soda taste in it.

Shaker is about the size of a cinnamon shaker from Costco
Nice sized container and very handy shaker. I got this to stop the powdery mildew on my peonies and zucchinis. Perfect shaker for my purposes.

I bought this to control white powdery mildew on my plants. The control was ok on my cucumbers. It’s not for bugs. Seems like it may degrade the leaf. I think using this with other methods will slow down the mildew.
