Tablets vs Liquid
I was pleasantly surprised at how well I adapted to the new Elderberry tablets by Smarter Vitamins. They are easy to swallow and offer great support. Previously, I was taking an organic Elderberry liquid daily. However, I really like the portability and ease of use of the tablets that are filled with the purple Elderberry. Smarter makes quality vitamins at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this supplement as well as their Vitamin D.
