Fast delivery and happy to have found a pure product! I like that there is no aftertaste.I did have a question about the appearance of the soft gels because some looked clear while others were a white color. I contacted the company, and they were quick to respond to my concern. They explained that the tricaprin can soften at warmer temperatures, which can make the gels look different. They assured me that the product itself is safe either way. They said that if I put it in the refrigerator, the tricaprin should return to its solid white appearance. I did this, and the solid white appearance was back with the gels.I have to say I really appreciated the fast and very helpful customer support. I am very happy with this product and its quality.

Very responsive on appearance issue
Great product. Use daily based on scientific data. Had an apparent issue with some capsules having clear liquid. Looked like cross contamination between different products. Customer support was extremely responsive and said issue can be due to temperature variation. Sure enough. Put the bottle in the frig and all capsules were soon opaque. No issue after all.

One of the side effects listed is Hives.Sure enough, I’m one of the people that happens to. I had an enormous rash on both sides of my ribcage. I couldn’t find the cause until I read about Tricaprin. I stopped taking it and 2 weeks later, the rash is gone.

UPDATE: I was reading other reviews of this product and people clearly haven’t done their research. Pure tricaprin is a LIQUID at high room temperatures, around 78 degrees or so. It’s summer right now! It will only be solid if you keep the bottle at around 77 degrees of lower. If you have softgels that are clear, it just means they got a little warm. Put them in the refrigerator for a few hours and what do you know, they are solid while again. This is a GOOD sign the product is what it says it. This is probably why the company uses softgels….so the tricaprin can be stored and used in a liquid or solid form and all be the same in a softgel enclosure.I have been looking for a long time for an actual tricaprin supplement that is pure C10 and not just another mixed MCT product, and this is the ONLY one I have found available at least in the US. Good news is that it seems legit so I was genuinely excited to find this.I like that it comes in softgels. You can actually see the tricaprin inside, which gave me more confidence in the product since C10 is solid at room temperature. If you are specifically looking for tricaprin and not just another generic MCT mix, this is the product you want. It’s the exact stuff I’ve seen studied for heart health. I asked the company for a certificate of analysis and they provided it right away, exactly as described.

I’ve re-written this review and increased my rating to 5 stars. My bottle had a mix of milky white capsules and clear capsules (similar to fish oil capsules) – which greatly concerned me. Since then, the company explained that the main ingredient is white at temps below 75°F and turns clear above that – this is a natural property of Tricaprin.. I tested this by placing my bottle in the fridge – sure enough, all the capsules turned uniformly white. I’m convinced the product is as described – I’m happy with the product and I’ll also be a repeat customer.
