Moisturises the skin, lessens muscle soreness, no fragrance
This magnesium oil is very runny, like water.I read in some reviews that it doesn’t contain oil and just has distilled water, but I disagree. When my bottle arrived, the outside of the bottle felt very greasy–I guess the bottle had leaked, even though the bottle had been shrink wrapped in cellophane? In addition, when I sprayed the magnesium on my skin, it did feel oily and moisturising.I tested the oil by spraying it on my pectoral area, which was sore on both the right and left sides from a workout I had done 2 days before. I sprayed the magnesium only the left side, so I could compare with the. right. The oil soaked in right away and my skin felt soft and moisturised. Then I got busy with other things and forgot about it. When I checked on the area hours later, the moisturised feeling was gone and my skin just felt normal. I did some range of motion exercises and I *think* that my pecs on the left side were less sore, whereas the pecs on the right side were unchanged. The difference was small but it was there.The magnesium spray did not leave any residue on my shirt.It has no fragrance, no detectable smell at all.I’m really pleased with this product. I was a little skeptical about topical magnesium, but now I’m a fan of this spray form.5/5 Recommended

Perfect for Sore Legs At Days End
I’ve been using this on my legs at the end of the day since I’m on my feet a lot and usually go for a bike ride after work, and it’s been a really nice way to wind down. Simple, Unscented Magnesium Spray That Feels Great After Long Days
I’ve been using this magnesium oil spray for a few weeks now, mainly as part of my nighttime and post-workout routine, and overall I’ve had a positive experience with it. Huge fan of magnesium oil!
I love magnesium oil! This product is easy to use and works really well. I didn’t experience any tingling or burning sensation that other reviewers might have experienced. It worked well from the beginning. I spray it on the bottom of my feet and rub it in. It helps calm my restless legs every night and I sleep more soundly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the spray bottle is a little leaky and whenever I spray it, the pump mechanism leaks.

Good quality magnesium oil, but it’s not for everyone
I’ve been using Solia Pristine Magnesium Oil for about three weeks now. It’s a pure, unscented magnesium chloride spray made in the USA, and I appreciate that it’s lab tested for purity. The spray bottle works well with a fine mist, and a little goes a long way.I bought it mainly to help with evening muscle tension and better sleep. It does seem to provide some relief — my legs feel more relaxed after using it consistently before bed. I like that there’s no added fragrance, as many other brands have strong scents.That said, it does have the typical magnesium oil tingle. On fresh skin or after a shower, it can sting or itch quite a bit for the first 10–20 minutes. I’ve gotten used to it, but it’s stronger than some other brands I’ve tried. It also leaves a slightly sticky residue if you don’t rub it in well or rinse it off after 20–30 minutes, which can be annoying.

Bottle leaked inside shrink wrap seal a bit; use less than recommended to start
The bottle was leaking inside the shrink wrapped plastic covering on arrival – from a lid not tightened fully is my guess since the pump top is covered by a hard plastic cap to prevent accidental dispensing from there – so my first application of the magnesium oil came from the stuff on the inside of the shrink wrapped plastic. Thankfully the amount leaked was minimal so nothing was wet or damaged on the outside of the shrink wrap; be sure to check and tighten the lid before shaking it to be on the safe side. The pump works great and just needs a couple of presses the first time to move the oil up and out in a steady mist. It doesn’t take much; one spray to each knee or each calf area covers a lot of territory when you rub it in. The label mentions you might experience or tingling after application; I’ve felt that when I first started using magnesium oil but now it doesn’t happen presumably because of regular supplementation (there’s no deficiency in my system). When I did get tingling it was short lived and noticeable but mild, not uncomfortable. If the pump gets clogged over time you can contact the company for a replacement (wish more companies did this!) which is a welcome bonus. I’ve tried other products from this company and had no issues with any of them and this spray is no different; no negative reactions to it at all. I would suggest ignoring the bottle instruction though and start with one or two pumps of spray for a large area rather than 5 or 6 otherwise you’ll be wasting product; start with 1 or 2 pumps and rub it in and if you need more then pump more.
