    Capsules a bit large, but rich, high density contents.

    Not a big surprise that they went with the 00 capsules when they want you to take 2 at time, 3 times a day. Going to a smaller capsule would go to 3 a time. Also, they did show the capsules next to the bag, but it’s hard to make a determination from that. Just made the bag look small – which is seems to be – but it is full and does have the 180 capsules.I’ll be honest, I’m just going 2/day which means this bag is going to last. Beef heart and liver are pretty packed with nutrients and I’m active, but not that active.A worthwhile note. They suggest taking these with food, but a few hours either before or after medications. I’m not sure why. Hopefully they’ll add something about that in the ad. Maybe high-nutrients interact with some medications or other supplements.

    The price is right, and the ingredients seem to be of good quality. I love having something I can take once a day to receive so many health benefits in a single supplement. It’s easy to swallow and has no aftertaste. Great value.

    No aftertaste

    I ordered these to use while trying to lose weight and avoid muscle loss. They are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste and seem to be full of quality ingredients while skipping unhealthy fillers. It is too soon to tell if they have affected me positively but I have had no negative side effects and will continue to take them. Price was reasonable for a supplement like this at just under $50 for a month’s supply. My only complaint is the 6 capsule serving size. It is time consuming to take 2 capsules 3 times a day.

    Great Natural Energy Boost!

    I was very concerned to try these organ capsules as just the thought of eating beef hearts makes me want to gag. I was so pleased to discover that these capsules have no flavor. There is a slight meaty odor when you open the pouch, but I do not notice a smell on the individual capsules, which is great. I tend to run a little low on iron and don’t eat a lot of meat so these supplements really help boost my energy levels and have me feeling great. I typically take 3 capsules in the morning to get me off to a good start and take the rest in the afternoon if I remember. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy energy boost.The capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. The recommended serving size is 6 capsules a day so this is a 30-day/monthly pouch. I think it is a great value for a full month’s supply and will definitely be ordering more! I do recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules to start with. Make sure you eat something with the supplements and drink a lot of water. I don’t always take 6 a day, but, when I do, I take 2-3 capsules with each meal to spread them out and minimize stomach upset while maximizing the effects throughout the day.

    I love beef organs and I feel like these are high quality. The only thing is that I wish they were more specific about how much of beef heart vs. liver is in each capsule. They just give a blanket amount of the blend. I always feel better when I take supplements like these. I think the cost is really good for the number of pills. I never actually take 6 a day so these last a while.

    Easy to swallow

    Why did you pick this product vs others?:2 pills with meals twice a day, but not near other medicine doses. The pills are small and easily swallowed at the same time. No taste.
