    First of all I got these on a deep discount. I was trying to find something that works just as well as my expensive fiber gummies. The flavor of this is quite nice, not too sweet and the flavor isn’t strong. The texture is also perfect. They are chewy but don’t get stuck in your teeth, no weird texture. I pop three of these in the morning and three before bed. I’m on GLP1 which causes constipation, but these fibers keep my bowels working well. I haven’t noticed any gassiness or stomach upset. I will be repurchasing these even if they are full price.
