This is a great immunity booster. The ingredients are a list of everything that is good for helping immunity: vitamin C, rose hips, echinacea, etc. They’re in a liposomal package, so they make it past your stomach acid, which is helpful. That also makes them easier to digest and less likely to upset your tummy. They don’t seem to have any taste, which is good. I add the drops to a shot glass of water and take it before my morning coffee.Note that because this contains other ingredients and minerals, check to make sure it won’t affect other supplements you take. Since it doesn’t include B vitamins, it doesn’t affect energy levels.For $18, it’s not the cheapest immune supplement on the market, and some people will find the dropper an annoying way to take a vitamin. So it’s an OK value for money, but not the greatest value out there.

Sometimes you just want to change it up as far as supplements go, especially when you are sick or fighting an infection and have to take a lot of pills..plus there are a couple of added ingredients that are helpful during those stressful times. This is a great product and reminds me of back in the fifties..yes folks that’s in another century…when my mom gave all of us kids liquid vitamins out of a dropper.

As someone who is always looking for ways to support my immune system, I was interested in trying this liposomal vitamin C formula because it combines several well-known nutrients into one liquid supplement. It arrived packaged nicely with the bottle inside a box that was sealed in plastic, and the bottle itself had an outer safety seal that definitely wasn’t coming off without a fight. 😂 I appreciate a secure seal, even if it took a little determination to win that battle.The liquid itself is almost clear with just a very subtle fruity flavor. I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t any earthy or herbal taste despite everything packed into the formula. It also had no noticeable smell, at least nothing strong or unpleasant. The directions say to hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. I gave it my best effort, but my mouth immediately decided, “Nope!” My saliva glands kicked into overdrive with that familiar “something bitter is coming” response and washed it down long before the 30-second timer would have finished. Ironically, I didn’t think it actually tasted very bitter—it just triggered that reflex. Also worth noting, each serving is listed as 2 mL (two droppers), but each dropper only filled to just under the 1 mL mark for me, so it took two nearly full droppers plus a little more to reach the recommended serving.Ingredient-wise, this is a thoughtfully assembled formula. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that supports immune function and collagen production. The liposomal blend (sunflower lecithin/phosphatidylcholine) is intended to improve absorption, although the evidence that liposomal oral vitamin C dramatically outperforms standard vitamin C is still mixed.
