I struggle with constipation. Look I’ll be honest this stuff works after about 8 hours BUT here’s the deal. I needed Help pooping which it did but the labor pains associated with it had me Lamaze breathing on the toilet. If I’m desperate I’ll use it again but I’m looking for something a lot more gentler with the cramps. OMG it had me questioning my own toughness and what my wife went through with 3 child births.

Finally something that works!
Ever since I turned 45 it seems like everything slowed down a bit and sometimes I would go days or close to a week without going. Then, when I did go it wasn’t very pleasant. I tried everything the pharmacy had to offer even the ones you have stick up there yourself with no luck. So I saw these on Amazon and read the reviews and figured what do I have to lose. Let me tell you I took one yesterday morning and my stomach felt a little gurgling but no sudden feeling to run to the bathroom all day so I took another one around 8 o’clock last night and slept fine all night. Then, at 7AM I felt the need to get out of bed and B-line to my throne. What a good feeling it is to use the bathroom again, something you’ll never miss until it’s gone for a while. If it wasn’t for the first review I read about this product I probably wouldn’t have tried it myself so I figured the least I could do to support this great product is leave a good review myself and I’m telling you it works. I wish I looked on Amazon and found this year’s ago, it would have saved me lots of nights of labor pains (I’m sure some guys know what I’m talking about). You won’t be disappointed in this product.

Worked almost immediately
Lord have mercy.. I took the first pill around 8pm, i used the bathroom about 15 minutes later. Just a regular bowel movement. However, the next morning I took another pill around 12:20pm. Half hour later, I was emptying myself out with the runs. It definitely does what it says it will do. No stomach cramps, I drink about half a gallon of water a day. 10/10 recommend.Update: I took 2 pills and the cramps feel like I’m about to go into labor. It is not a joke please be careful if you take 2. So far they’ve lasted 10 minutes

Ahh..Dependable Relief
This WORKS!! I tried everything over a 2 week time frame, seriously. Miralax (which has worked for past Colonoscopy prep), Smooth move tea, Senokot, and Saline enema- Nothing worked😭 So happy to run across this and the reviews gave me hope. The combination of cleansing and beneficial ingredients made all the difference for me!! I had 2 pills before going to sleep, woke had a little breakfast and it was nearly 12 hours to the minute that my bowels decided to give it up!! So I started slow and took 1 pill around 7 p.m. Nothing. The day after I took 2 pills around early afternoon. I have a slow colon, and extreme constipation and nothing moves fast. Well let me tell you around 11 p.m. I started to cramp and the gates opened. This product is the real deal. Drink plenty of water and do it when you have some free time, because you will be sitting for a while.
