So far, so good!
I’ve been struggling with digestion for years — cramps, bloating, all that good stuff… my girlfriend was always telling me to take probiotics, and I finally tried some out years ago, but they really didn’t do much for me, at that time. Because it really hasn’t alleviated over the years, I decided to give it another try, and these seem to be helping. I actually just took a trip to Europe and really wanted to be able to eat all the amazing food and not feel bloated… so I took these along and kept taking them and really didn’t feel any discomfort at all! Gonna keep using these — so far so good!

Helps with IBS-D
I have IBS-D and ever since I started taking probiotics my gut problems have GREATLY improved. This one seems to work better than the others as I have had fewer “bad days” with this particular probiotic than others. I also like that it’s encapsulated, easier to swallow for me than the alternative. I would definitely recommend you try these and see if they work for you too.

Important addition to antibiotic therapy
Following an appendectomy, I developed a stomach infection and needed to be hospitalized to start IV antibiotics, which I then continued for 14 days. After completing the course, I had stomach issues and tested positive for C-Diff. A second round of antibiotics was ordered, but this time I used this proboiotic in conjunction with the treatment. The treatment was successful and I had no stomach issues at all. Very satisfied.

I feel less bloated when I eat carbs than I used to. Which is great! Carbs and excess sugar always mess with my digestive system, but can’t always be avoided. Your probiotic helps with that. DO NOT CONTAIN LIVE CULTURES!
I emptied the contents of 4 capsules into a glass of milk and left it overnight. If the capsules contained live cultures as advertised, the milk would curdle and become quite thick. However this did not happen. The milk stayed the same colour, and consistency as before the capsule contents were added. Very disappointing to find out these capsules contain NO LIVE CULTURES and hence are useless. I threw them in the bin.

Good effective product
I bought these for myself as part of my daily regimen and really like the fact that my gut health is very good. My wife and daughter were having issues and started taking them daily and their issues have seemed to have gone away. As long as this product is working for us we will continue to order it monthly.

Good quality probiotic + prebiotic supplement
I have been taking prebiotics for a few months now for my own benefit as well as my daughter’s (who is breastfed). I stopped taking those to test out this product, and so far so good! I only take one at night – my stomach feels good, and everything is moving the way it’s supposed to. 🙂 I really like that this supplement comes with prebiotics (which my other did not, so I had to take it with meals). At this point, I would definitely recommend this supplement. Good price for good quality!
